Seventy years ago, our founders envisioned a financial institution that was more than a bank; a place where community and service were the cornerstones of support for those who serve. The Texas Prison Employees Credit Union, charted on April 6, 1954, has grown in leaps and bounds, embodying the spirit of unity and mutual aid.
