Quality Assurance Specialist - Full Time
 
Role: Responsible for detailed reviews of records. Ensures the quality and accuracy of service delivery, accountholder records, and data maintained by the credit union. Performs timely reviews of documents, processes, and procedures. Provides written tracking reports of all work performed and makes recommendations for improvement in documentation, data, and procedures which ensure the quality of the records maintained by the credit union meet high standards of accuracy and retrievability, and are conducted in an authorized and secure manner. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience - Two to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Education - (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
  • Interpersonal Skills - The ability to manage details and understand data analytics as an essential part of the job. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. A level of self-direction is necessary. Obtaining internal cooperation is an important part of the job. Must possess strong people and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in computer equipment and office systems is expected.  

Personal Banker - Full Time
 
Role: Assist credit union members and non-members, as applicable, with financial transactions and provide information regarding credit union products and services in a professional, accurate manner. Promote self-service channels of product delivery through tech bar assistance, ATM demonstration and assistance, and assistance with online and mobile banking problem resolution. Ensuring member financial security and privacy during all transactions with credit union members and guests.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience - Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
  • Education - (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
  • Interpersonal Skills - A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
